Scenarios are one of your choices for single player play in Legends. In Oathbound, the initial release set of Legends, there are 15 scenarios you can attempt to defeat.
Completing the scenarios rewards you with a fixed rarity Legends Card, as shown below.
You can complete the scenarios one time for each archetype you play, netting up to 4 of each of the Fixed rarity cards you see below.
